Radius FG is a new digitisation of the Art Nouveau hot-metal font Radium, published in 1905 by the German typefoundry Ludwig & Mayer.
The bold weight of this typeface became popular again in the 1970s on album and book covers after Hubertus Carl Hace Frey had reworked it under the new name Charleston.
This version, like the old hot-metal typeface, comes with a regular and bold weight, both with lots of (Latin) characters for most West and East European languages. It is available under the SIL Open Font License. Donations can be made via the dafont.com paypal link of the font.
