Use the following CSS rules to specify these families
font-family: 'Stamped!', sans-serif;
Caps only again, but this time with a bit extra: the exclamation mark! I figured as it was supposed to be a rubber stamp style font that it ought to have an exclamation mark to add emphasis to the words 'classified' and 'top secret' ;-)
